The practitioner other practitioners call when nothing else works

Creator of the Unified Health & Performance Continuum Model

Physical Therapist & Performance Coach
For more than three decades Bill has helped practitioners, athletes, and individuals better understand how human movement emerges from the interaction of structure, breathing, and environmental constraints.
He also provides ongoing, case-driven mentorship to health and fitness professionals across disciplines, guiding their reasoning and application of the UHPC Model in real-world settings. When a practitioner hits a wall, Bill is the person they call because they want the model, the reasoning, and the path forward.
Bill is known for solving the cases that usually stay stuck, including persistent pain after “failed” rehab, recurring flare-ups when training intensity rises, return-to-play stalls, and performance plateaus tied to repeated irritation.
“If you understand the problem, the solution will reveal itself”

For many years Bill shared information through small mentorship groups, in-person courses, and professional discussions.
As interest grew, it became clear that a broader platform was needed where practitioners could learn the model directly from the source and collaborate with others working through similar challenges.
The UHP Network was created to provide that environment.
Through UHPN, learn the Unified Health & Performance Continuum Model through free resources, paid memberships, or become certified in the UHPC Model.

While most of Bill’s work focuses on educating practitioners, individuals who want to apply these principles to their own training can do so through Bill’s training system- RECON.
RECON is an app based fitness program organized into daily activities. Exercise progressions are based on your body type and goals with training split into 4 week phases that will gradually reconstruct your body to get back to what you have been missing.

If you are a practitioner, coach, or deeply curious learner, this podcast will help you ask better questions, recognize flawed frameworks, and build a model that adapts to complexity instead of collapsing under it.
Reconsider… is an exploration of the principles that govern human behavior, movement, and performance through the lens of the Unified Health & Performance Continuum Model.
